Website Lease Agreement

Provider: Bruce Gale (Auburn SEO)

1. Services & Delivery

Provider will design, host, and manage a one-page SEO-optimized website. Includes domain management, cloud hosting, and basic local SEO.

2. Payment & Startup

Startup: $0.00 upfront. Base Subscription: $97.00/mo (subject to additional add-on prices) via Stripe. Services remain active as long as subscription is current.

3. Ownership & Lease Terms

OWNERSHIP NOTICE:

This is a leased property agreement. Auburn SEO retains 100% ownership of the website design, code, and domain name. Assets are non-transferable.

4. Maintenance

Minor tweaks (text/photo swaps) are included. Full redesigns will require a separate fee.

5. Cancellation

Cancel any time. Site stays active until end of paid period. Then, site goes offline and domain reverts to Provider control.
